At Willow Wanderers, we want you to love every piece you purchase. We understand that sometimes a style or fit isn't quite right, so we've made our returns process as simple and straight forward as possible.

Please read our policy before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns on full priced items with 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a change of mind returns, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused.
• In their original condition with all tags attached.
• Free from make-up, fake tan, perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair and other signs of wear.
• Free from damage or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined for change of mind returns.

For eligible returns, customers may request an exchange or refund to their original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. Sales & Clearance Items

All sale, clearance and promotional purchases are final sale for change of mind purposes.

We do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges on these items, including purchases made during promotional sales.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or does not meet consumer guarantees.

3. Trucker Caps & Headwear

For hygiene and quality reasons, trucker caps and other headwear must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached, to qualify for a change of mind returns.

Caps showing signs of wear, makeup, sweat, perfume, stains or damage are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty headwear remains covered by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Incorrect Sizing & Change of Mind

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements and sizing information before purchasing.

If you order the incorrect size or decide a style isn't right for you, you may request a return within our 14-day return window, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and carefully prepare orders before dispatch.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or potentially faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@willowwanderers.com.

Where possible, include:

• Your order number.
•  A description of the issue.
•  Clear photographs showing the problem.

We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor failure, we may provide a repair, replacement or refund as permitted by law.

Where a product is confirmed to have a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited to our 14-day change-of-mind return period.

 6. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@willowwanderers.com with your order number and reason for returning the item.

Please wait for our return instructions before posting your parcel.

We recommend using a tracked postage service for change-of-mind returns, as customers are responsible for ensuring their parcel reaches us.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
