RETURNS & REFUND

At Willow Wanderers we endeavor for you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn full priced garments within 30 days upon receipt of the garment.

Please be mindful, we do not provide refunds on sale items (including flash sales and all discounted items). Store credit or exchange only.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, garments must be unworn in the same condition that they were received, with original tags attached. If more than the above specified days have passed, then we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return please mail your garment/s to us and include a note specifying your order number (#1000), request for a refund/exchange and reason why.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so we recommend customers use registered or trackable post.

Please allow 10 business days from our receipt of your garment for us to refund your original method of payment, process your exchange or issue you with a credit. If using a third party payment gateway such as PayPal, please refer to their terms and conditions for the time period of the refund to be processed. 

 Willow Wanderers reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange of the garment returned if it does not meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items if the sizing is incorrect or for change of mind within 30 days of receipt of the item. We cannot guarantee that at the time of receipt of your exchanged garment that your correct size will be in stock. Please note if we do not have your size in stock, we can offer a refund on the garment.

If you need to change your garment, please send the item back to the above address. Please ensure you include a note with the details of the item you would like to exchange for, including style name, colour and size. We will also need your order number. 

We understand that everybody is different and that sizing varies from person to person. Therefore, when a size or style doesn't quite fit right, we are happy to cover the return postage back to you at our expense (please note, this will be by regular post. FAULTY ITEMS

At Willow Wanderers we pride ourselves on quality manufacturing, in the rare event that you have received a faulty item please email us at brooke_cheyne@hotmail.com to arrange a Prepaid Return Postage envelope. We will replace if stock is available or offer a refund to you upon return of the garment.  

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received items that are not what you ordered, please email us at brooke_cheyne@hotmail.com to arrange a Prepaid Return Postage envelope. 

We will replace if stock is available or offer a refund to you upon return of the garment.  

SHIPPING

For change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total.
